Lots To Do Today!

Please complete these assignments in this order:

1. Finish typing your Quilt Square sentences.
2. Read the suggestions I have made to your sentences and then make those changes in Google Drive.
3. SHARE your Quilt Square sentences with me at: cmiller@htsdc.org
4. Go to Tagxedo and create a Word Cloud using Halloween-themed words.

5. Finish your Plant Life Cycle drawing in Pixie.
6. Practice adjectives by playing the 2 games listed on my blog on October 21, 2014.

Create a new password, type it 2 times: reader3rd

Life Cycle of a Plant & Practice Adjectives

1. Click on this link: http://b.socrative.com/login/student/ to record your favorite type of pet.  I will write the Classroom number for you on the board.

2. Draw the life cycle of a plant using Pixie.  You must include 4 or 5 steps in the life cycle process.
For example,
- Seeds are scattered
- Seed shell splits and plant sprouts
- Roots, stem and leaves develop
- Flowers bloom
- Flowers form seeds and .... (WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?)

YOU MUST INCLUDE A TITLE AND YOUR NAME!
