The Sun, the Earth & the Seasons

Today, everyone will create a Pixie drawing that includes the sun, the Earth and the seasons.  Your drawing must show us how the Earth's tilt toward the sun is related to the seasons (summer and winter).  Identify:

1. the equator
2. the earth's axis
3. summer
4. winter
5. northern and southern hemispheres

Fact: 1 revolution  = 365 1/4 days  = 1 year

Math Practice for Scantron

Today, everyone will work on a Math practice test for Scantron. I've saved the test in your network folder.  Please remember to do the following:

·                  Use the highlighter tool to mark your answer

·                  Raise your hand if you don't understand a question -- THIS IS PRACTICE

·                  Click Save and close when you finish your test then open the next test
